Q: What type of shipping options do you offer?
A: We ship through FedEx ground on most deliveries, but we do offer expedited services at an additional cost.
Q: Will you ship overseas or to another country?
A: Yes, we will ship oversea with the buyer paying the actual shipping cost.

A: We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If, at the end of that 14 day period, you are not satisfied you can return your item, undamaged with its original packaging for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Buyer to pay return shipping.

A: The sinks are packaged in double thick corrugated cardboard boxes and are surrounded by Styrofoam to ensure no edges get bent.
Q: If I order more than one item will it reduce shipping cost?
A: At Kitchen Zip we try to reduce the cost of shipping by shipping items together when we can, in the event that items might ship out from multiple locations we will contact the customer.
Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
A: Usually most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days after they are order, in some instances, customs, inclement weather, etc. it can take longer.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged, what should I do?
A: If you notice your item is damaged when receiving it from the shipper please open it and have the delivery person make note of it. In the event you notice afterwards just give us a CALL at 704-527-2626 and we’ll be glad to help you.
Q: What types of warranties are offered on your products?
A: All warranties are provided and handled by the manufacture of that item. We will be glad to provide you with proof of purchase documentation and refer you to that particular company’s warranty hotline. Please do not send any warranty repairs to Kitchen Zip.
Q: What’s the best way to clean/maintain my sink, faucet, etc?
A: Most cleanup can be made with a soft lint free cloth and some warm water and soap. If a more thorough cleaning is needed then a small amount of vinegar diluted with water can be used. Never use any abrasive cleaning products or pads to clean your item, most finishes will be negatively affected.
Q: How do I install the sink, faucet, etc. I purchased?
A: Usually every item we sell has some sort of instruction sheet or manual, in the rare case that one is not present, you can visit the manufacture’s website where a pdf instruction file can be downloaded.
